Working Together & Communication

  • One main contact: To keep communication clear and simple, we will work closely with just one nominated family member throughout the process.
  • Your link to the Local Authority: We are here to support you, which means we do not contact the Local Authority directly. Communicating with them remains the responsibility of the parent, carer, or your chosen family member.

Important Things to Know

  • Our commitment: We promise to bring our absolute best knowledge and expertise to help you review and complete your paperwork.
  • The final decision: While we will do everything we can to help you prepare a strong application, the Local Authority makes the final decision. Because we have no influence over their choice, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the submission.
